How the game works

Fast picks, locked rounds, fair results.

The same flow works with manual admin review in the demo or future video-signal automation from a course technology partner.

1

Watch the live golf feed

Each room is built around a course feed. When the next golfer is ready, the round moves into a short prediction window.

2

Make picks before lock

Choose outcomes like green hit, landing result, closest-to-pin range, putts, and score result before the timer closes.

3

Shot lifecycle protects fair play

Picks must lock before the shot. If a shot happens before lock, the round can be voided so no points or rewards are awarded.

4

Results update the leaderboard

Correct predictions earn points, streaks can add bonuses, and leaderboard positions update with mocked realtime state in this demo.

FAQ

Is PinPredict free to play?

Yes. PinPredict is designed as a free-to-play golf prediction game. Rewards are sponsor-funded or course-funded, and no purchase is necessary.

How do rewards work?

A course or sponsor can attach rewards to leaderboard categories such as Per-Shot Winner, Daily Champion, Weekly Champion, Streak Leader, Closest Call Winner, or Green Hit Challenge Winner.

What kinds of rewards can a course offer?

Examples include a free range bucket, sleeve of golf balls, pro shop credit, food and beverage voucher, sponsor prize pack, gift card, lesson with a course pro, or twilight round discount.

How are winners checked?

Winners are subject to eligibility verification and fair-play review. Suspicious activity, proxy prediction, or restricted course access can affect reward eligibility.

What happens if a round is voided?

Voided rounds award no points or rewards. This protects the game when a shot occurs before picks are locked.

How would video AI fit in later?

The demo uses manual controls, but the same lifecycle can be keyed off video signals for pick windows, lock timing, shot in progress, result review, and voided rounds.
